SSC Exam Calendar 2016-17 And Explanation Of Registration Process

Staff Selection Commission Known as SSC  is an organization under Government of India to recruit staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in Subordinate Offices.This commission is an attached office of the Department of Personnel and Training which consists of Chairman, two Members and a Secretary-cum-Controller of Examinations. His post is equivalent to the level of Additional Secretary to the Government of India.The Estimates Committee in the Parliament recommended the setting up of a Service Selection Commission in its 47th report for conducting examinations for recruitment to lower categories of posts. Later, in the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, On 4 November 1975 Government of India constituted a Commission called the Subordinate Services Commission. On 26 September 1977, Subordinate Services Commission renamed into Staff Selection Commission.

The functions of the Staff Selection Commission were redefined by the Government of India through Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions on 21 May 1999. Then the new constitution and functions of the Staff Selection Commission came into effect from 1 June 1999.This will conduct many exam in India in 2015.The Staff Selection Commission has its headquarters at New Delhi. At present, there are seven Regional Offices at Allahabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Chennai, Bangalore and two Sub-Regional Offices at Raipur and Chandigarh. Each Regional Office is headed by a Regional Director and each Sub-Regional office is headed by a Deputy-Director.

SSC Online Registration Process 

Steps For SSC Part 1 Registration :
  • For the SSC online registration, there are two step registration part 1 and part 2. We will tell here step by step registration process.
  • First of all aspirants  need to fill part 1 registration form in this section fill all necessary details which is required for the registration like Name, Father's Name, DOB, Select Center and Code also fill the Gender Detail and Category and at last fill postal correspondent address.

  • After submit the form online of the  Part 1 registration you get the registration number keep it for further registration.
Steps For SSC Part 2 Registrations :
  • Now applicants ready For the SSC online registration part 2, in this section you should enter the registration no. This generated after the part 1 registration.
  • After then a form will be open here it need to upload your coloured passport size photograph in required format this is JPEG Format.
  • Now the fee can be submit through online mode using the  Debit/Credit Card or via net banking.
  • Another mode for the fee submission through the Challan form which can be generate with the help of registration number. You get the Journal number, now needs to submit in the fee section of registration form
  • After then you will get the confirmation note for completion the form proper manner. Now this time you have successfully completed the online registration Part 1 and Part 2.
