Support the standard transaction activities for our customers while delivering superior customer service.
Accurately & effectively provide process and transaction support in accordance to defined procedures to customers & team members professionally and in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service
Independently resolve basic customer related inquiries and issues
Effectively escalate complex issues as appropriate
Assist on special team projects as needed
